Ultimate Scream cards can be awkward to judge once the promo packs disappear. One week they're exciting; the next, you're wondering whether to sell before prices slip further. The November 24 Beaver Moon window gives players another reason to pause. As described in the original event information, eligible cards receive a temporary face-stat boost and full Chemistry when used in the right position. If you're deciding where to put your FC 27 Coins, that could change which players are worth keeping. Still, check the in-game event details before making a big move. Dates, eligible cards and boost rules can change, and a short-lived upgrade isn't the same thing as a permanent improvement to your squad.

Look Beyond the First Price Drop

The first decision comes around November 6, when Ultimate Scream packs are expected to leave. Prices may soften as players move on to the next release, but that doesn't mean every Scream card needs to go. Ask yourself a simple question: would this player make your starting eleven during the boost If the answer is yes, selling now and buying the same card back later could cost more than you expect. Another possible soft patch comes around November 13 as the Token Store winds down. Neither date guarantees a particular market movement, though. If you need coins for a different part of your team, or a card won't get a game even with the boost, selling may still be the sensible call. Hold for the player, not just for a hoped-for price rise.

Build for the Players You Have

Before November 24, take a proper look through your club. Note each Scream player's positions, PlayStyles and trade status. Then try putting your preferred eleven together without moving anyone out of position. The reported full Chemistry effect applies when eligible cards play in their designated roles, so a player squeezed into the wrong spot may not get the benefit you expected. Don't feel you need to fill the entire attack with Scream items, either. Two or three boosted players can make a difference while the rest of your team keeps its familiar shape. Untradeable Token Store Heroes, such as Jill Scott and Juan Sebastián Verón, can be useful midfield anchors if you've already added them to the club. They're not a reason to tear up a setup that's working.

Get Ready Before the Weekend

If you're planning an Evolution for a Scream card, try to finish it before the event starts. That gives you time to see how the completed player fits and apply the Chemistry Style you want, rather than spending the boosted weekend working through requirements. Check the event rules as well, since the original article's description doesn't guarantee that every evolved version will qualify. The same goes for Gallery work. If you've already collected the required items, completing a planned submission early can leave you free to concentrate on squad building later. Once the window opens, pick the matches you actually want to play. A focused Champions run with a team you enjoy may be more appealing than forcing a long grind beforehand. Rivals can be useful too, especially if you want a few matches to get used to the boosted players.

Have a Plan for the Return to Normal

The temporary boost is the part that makes this event interesting, but it's also the part that can catch you out. When it ends, judge each card on its ordinary stats and how it plays in your usual team. One attacker might still be a starter; another might be better sold or saved for an SBC. Tradeable cards give you more options, while untradeable ones need to earn their place on the pitch or serve another purpose in the club. If you're considering cheap FC27 Coins for a squad refresh, work out what you need first and check the game's current purchase rules. You may find that a few changes around players you already own are enough for the next set of matches.
